Is Udyam registration really free on the government portal?
Yes — the government charges zero fees for Udyam registration on udyamregistration.gov.in. Our fee (₹499) is purely a consultancy charge for handling the process on your behalf: form filling, error correction, follow-up, and certificate delivery.
If you're comfortable navigating the portal yourself and your Aadhaar-mobile linkage is working, you don't need us. Most of our clients come to us after hitting an error they couldn't resolve themselves.
How long does the registration process take?
For new registrations, we file within 2 hours of receiving your details. The certificate is typically issued by the government within 24 hours. Updates take 4–6 working hours after we receive the request.
Delays we can't control: Aadhaar OTP delivery issues, PAN-GST data mismatches, or government portal downtime. In those cases, we message you immediately with the reason and next steps.
What documents do I need?
Only three things: Aadhaar number of the proprietor or authorised signatory, PAN of the business (or proprietor's PAN for individual businesses), and a mobile number linked to that Aadhaar for OTP verification. GST is optional but recommended if you have it.
No physical documents need to be uploaded — the portal auto-fetches enterprise data from PAN and GST databases. If you have those three items ready, you're 90% done.
Can my existing Udyam certificate be updated?
Yes. Any information on an existing certificate — mobile number, business address, activities, bank details, investment/turnover figures, or owner details — can be updated. We handle the update filing and deliver the revised certificate within one working day.
What is your refund policy?
If we fail to file your application within 24 hours of receiving complete details, or if the government portal rejects the filing for reasons attributable to our processing, we issue a 100% refund.

Is my Aadhaar and PAN data safe?
We only use your Aadhaar and PAN for the single purpose of filing your Udyam application on the government portal. We don't store scanned copies. OTP data is entered directly into the government portal and never saved on our systems.
